Refund policy

Due to the nature of products we sell and the volatility of their values, all sales are final including physical or digital products. In the event that your order sustains some form of damage in transit please do NOT open your item(s) and first contact us at store@thegamecapital.com. We do not accept returns on opened merchandise. Digital products such as license keys or codes for online services (i.e. PTCGO Codes) are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

We use PayPal to process our transactions for security, so all orders will have a non-refundable 4% PayPal fee to cover any processing fees associated with the order. This is 4% of the purchase including shipping. So for a $100 order with shipping, $4.00 of the order would be non-refundable. In the event that you want to request a refund, you may do so by emailing store@thegamecapital.com - we will reply to your email asking for acknowledgement of the 4% non-refundable fee. Once confirmed, we will refund your order, minus the 4% fee. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will assume that you still want your order refunded, and we will refund your order, minus the 4% fee. 

Sealed MTG trading card products are not eligible for shipping outside of the United States. Any such orders will be cancelled with PayPal fees not refunded.

Shipping fees are non-refundable if you place more than one order and if your orders are combined during processing.
